Job Requirements





We are seeking an accomplished Senior Internal Platforms Engineer (d/f/m) to join our team. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the design, optimization, and secure operation of our critical business systems, with a focus on collaboration platforms and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will lead complex projects and act as a technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set standards, drive automation, and deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills
5+ years with collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
3+ years with IAM solutions (e.g. Okta, Sailpoint, etc.)
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, and data retention
Skilled in automation (Bash, Python, APIs) and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, GCP)
Familiar with compliance standards (e.g. PCI, NIS2, SOX, GDPR)
Experienced in ITSM tools, process optimization, and service deli
