In this role you will drive end-to-end Engineering Quality activities for Military Air Systems in Getafe, ensuring robust processes and compliance. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and external auditors to embed a proactive quality mindset across development programs. You will analyze risks, lead quality reviews, and support corrective actions to ensure right-first-time design deliverables. This position offers impact across programs and opportunities to shape quality culture in a multinational aerospace setting.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Plan and execute E2E Engineering Quality activities (Process Assurance Plans, Technical Reviews, Quality Gates, FCA)
• Apply quality methods and risk prevention tools across programs (APQP, DFMEA, PPS, RCA, 5 Whys, First Installation Checks)
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders (Chief Engineering, Production, Services, auditors, National Quality Representatives)




• Manage non-conformities and quality anomalies; support root cause analysis, track KPIs, drive corrective actions
• Support the Business Management System (BMS) and EN9100 audits; update processes and promote quality mindset
• Lead continuous improvement projects; identify weak points, manage risks, and share lessons learned across the organization
Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree (Systems, Aeronautical, Industrial or related)
• At least 1 year of engineering experience; background in a design organization required
• xqbhyrx Strong communication and adaptability; continuous improvement mindset; customer orientation
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering, EN9100, APQP, FMEA, RCA (PPS, 5Whys), PAR methodologies
