As Sr PE Innovation Engineer, you will propel the AMZL Process Engineering Innovation team toward scalable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk. You’ll work with cross-functional partners across Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations to translate business needs into concrete programs and roadmaps. You will influence senior stakeholders, drive data-driven performance improvements, and own complex, high-visibility initiatives. This role blends deep engineering depth with strategic communication to shape the development roadmap at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Design/Innovation, research u0026 development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work
• Bachelor in Engineering xqbhyrx or equivalent
• Experience taking new design concepts from exploration to deployment or mass production
• Experience with capital project management and ownership of engineering design projects
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
