Fifty5Blue is transforming its Audience operations and is seeking a Tech Support Lead for CRM & PMA based in Madrid. You will lead L2/L3 support for the CRM platform, PMA, and integrations, ensuring stability, performance and rapid incident resolution.
You will manage a small team of developers and an external support partner, collaborate with Product Owners, and help shape development standards while maintaining general rollout readiness.
