In this role you drive the full media strategy for Xiaomi Spain product campaigns across channels, aligning with business goals and market targets. You collaborate with HQ and local cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class media and digital experience for consumers. You identify new channels, manage budgets, and leverage insights to optimize performance. You will shape omnichannel strategies and stay ahead with trends and emerging tech to maximize impact.

• Lead full media strategy for product campaigns across above-the-line and digital channels
• Collaborate with HQ media team and local cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive media experience
• Coordinate with Sales and Retail to align plans
• Analyze customer insights via digital listening and adjust strategies
• Plan and prioritize the media budget to meet business objectives
• Define omnichannel communication strategy spanning Retail, E-Commerce,



and Operator channels
• Identify trends and opportunities in platforms and marketing insights tools to optimize spend
• Provide media-driven insights to Product, Creative and other teams
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption where appropriate
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
• Minimum 3 years of media buying and marketing experience
• Experience in digital marketing in Internet and Consumer sectors required
• xqbhyrx General media or marketing communications agency background is a must; in-house client-side media buying a plus
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Spanish and English advanced
• Passion for tech industry
• Strong data analysis, results-driven mindset, learning agility and teamwork
• Experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media
• Planning experience across traditional media (TV, OOH, Print)
