THE TEAM
The Strategic Planning team, under the Marketing Strategy & Operations department, is dedicated to the coordination, planning, and execution of Eventbrite's marketing strategy and business planning. We strive for excellence in strategy coordination, planning, budgeting, OKR coordination, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to drive Eventbrite's growth.
THE ROLE
As a Marketing Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing Eventbrite’s marketing strategy and planning processes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across Marketing to coordinate budgets, set and track OKRs, define business-wide marketing frameworks and coordinate all the strategies developed by the marketing teams so they are aligned with the broader direction of the business and the Marketing Function. Your coordination and stakeholder management skills will be key for these deliverables.
You will also analyze external trends and marketing channel performance to synthesize your findings into clear and concise story-telling and strategies for marketing and business leadership. Your analytical skills will be key for these deliverables.
A day in your role...
Your day kicks off with a deep-dive into our marketing data: you're comparing Eventbrite's performance against our OKRs, identifying trends, and building a report that will be sent to marketing leadership. You check a couple of hypotheses with the relevant marketing teams and once confirmed, you add them to the report together with the deliverables the teams are working on concerning the hypothesis. Your analytical prowess comes to the forefront as you sift through marketing channel performance, distilling complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Mid-morning is dedicated to coordination— several meetings with stakeholders from across Marketing are on your agenda. Here, you discuss budget alignments, OKR tracking, and ensure that all marketing strategies are in sync with Ev
