Job Summary:
Directs day to day activities and operations of a large team of Construction/Operation Project Managers. Mentors junior team members and makes strong tactical decisions to resolve project issues. Manages Construction project costs, methods, and project team selection. This position is within the Global Design and Construction team (over 200 people) who deliver over 70 over projects globally per year (in excess of $2B capex).

Responsibilities:
Management
- Provides management and leadership across a team to ensure the team's growth is in alignment with Operations' goals and strategy
- Sets goals for immediate team members

Project Management
- Leads and manages medium, sometimes regional construction programs
- Provides guidance and project leadership including ground
