The job holder will carry out compliance internal investigations related to HR and People Matters. The jobholder may contribute to groupwide HR projects for improving and maintaining a comprehensive companywide Ethics & Compliance Programme:
- Contribute to driving Airbus culture of integrity and speak-up for highest standards in Ethics & Compliance.
- Contribute to the HR perspective & knowledge for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive and extensive Ethics & Compliance Programme (develop and deliver trainings, awareness, communication, campaigns, culture change )
- Ensure and implement Ethics & Compliance considerations in all HR policies and processes and contribute to company policies and rules for world class standards. Monitor and control the implementation of such policies through internal controls and subsequent procedures within Airbus and subsidiaries.
- Prevent breaches of Ethics & Compliance standards and support remediation actions in case of breach. Support the management in case of specific issues and/or cases of infringement. Provide permanent guidance,



advice and support on Ethics & Compliance topics to the HR population and on HR &People; Matters Ethics & Compliance to employees and managers.
- A significant part of the role is to conduct investigations when concerns related to HR & People matters (moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, breach of HR policies and processes) are raised and provide recommendations & remedial actions.

background:
- Background in either labour law/ compliance law or HR
- Additional background on either change management / culture change, process management / performance management, or people development would be a plus
