Your mission:
- Support design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate
- Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems
- Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
- Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You will discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together
- Act as a graphic designer. For our social media channels, meet-ups, etc. you will design and prepare various assets

Your profile:
We are looking for people with curious, competitive, and highly energetic ambitions.
- You know the in´s and out´s of the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.). But you also don't shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Focus on pixel perfection.



You sweat the details to ensure that you and the team deliver remarkable products, on time and on budget
- Your great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
- You have a people-focused design mentality. Whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for an A/B test
- Fluent English skills complete your profile
