About the role
This is an entry-level sales role designed for people who are ambitious, coachable, and ready to start a career in sales. Previous SDR or BDR experience is a plus.

As an SDR at FERO, you’ll be the first point of contact for eCommerce brands and a key driver of our sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to eCommerce brands to introduce FERO and create interest
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
- Keep clean and accurate notes in the CRM
- Improve your outreach approach through coaching, feedback and testing
- Share learnings from the market: objections, competitors and what’s landing well
