Plant Quality Manager

About the Role




- We are looking for an experienced and proactive Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality and Food Safety function at our manufacturing site. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Barry Callebaut’s Quality Management System (QMS), General Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards, and all customer and regulatory requirements. You will foster a culture of “Safety, Food Safety First and Quality Always,” driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Your mission will include managing audits, implementing robust quality programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class performance. This is a key leadership role that influences plant operations and supports strategic initiatives to achieve zero defects and maximum customer satisfaction.
