We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Managerto lead the delivery of enterprise machine learning and data-driven solutions that optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency across a large-scale vehicle network of 46,000+ assets and 545+ locations.

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of production-ready ML capabilities — including demand forecasting, intelligent asset cascading, automated contract analysis, and proactive out-of-spec risk detection — ensuring solutions are scalable, explainable, and aligned with business objectives. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to take models from concept through deployment on AWS, translating complex technical work into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field
- Development Expertise: At least 2 years of technical experience
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE etc.), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.




- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate at minimum.
- Client Focus: A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Experience of US outsource projects is welcomed.
