Position: Marketing & Graphic Design Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing team in delivering visually engaging and on-brand content across digital platforms. This role is idóneo for someone passionate about design, social media, and storytelling, with a strong eye for aesthetics and emerging trends. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design
- Assist in the creation of digital assets for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns
- Support the design of event graphics, promotional materials, and story templates
- Edit and adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats
- Organize design files and ensure brand consistency across all assets
- Assist with light photo and video editing

2. Social Media Support




- Assist in creating and editing social media content including Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
- Support content development for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Help draft captions, copy, and creative concepts for social posts
- Assist with content organization and scheduling
- Monitor social media trends and provide inspiration for new content ideas
- Support brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content initiatives
- Conduct content research and competitor analysis

What We're Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Strong design skills with knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
- Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury branding
- Ability to multit
