About the Role:

As a Briefing Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at CrowdStrike’s new Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Barcelona.



You’ll collaborate closely with the Office of the CTO, Sales, Product, AV/IT, Facilities and Marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-impact executive briefings that align to our customers’ strategic goals. From briefing intake to execution and follow-up, you’ll be a key partner in delivering meaningful engagements that deepen relationships and accelerate pipeline.This is an onsite role based in Barcelona, and requires an onsite presence during customer briefings.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned briefings, partnering with the Office of the CTO, and Account teams to assess customer needs and objectives.
- Customize briefing agendas that align with strategic goals, coordinating with internal teams to secure the right executives, SMEs, and content.
