About the team you are joining

This role will own the end-to-end FX & Settlement operating model for the rewrite from processes, operational requirements, multi-bank execution model, multi-segment and multi-flow cycle management and orchestration, SOP/BCP and operational readiness. Ensuring the new platform can scale horizontally with faster cycles, real-time execution, higher automation and true multi-bank and partners connectivity.

What your day would be like

Set-up Phase (Design & Solutioning):
Define the operating model for FX cycles (batch & near real-time), bank connectivity, reconciliations, interest & invoicing, and exception handling (non-standard operations);
Support architecture and requirement workshop, define operational requirements; sign-off Ops requirements in BRD and lead operational readiness strategy (SOPs, BCP, training);
Define FX execution partnerships and integr
