The Position
This role requires a deep technical understanding of how the internet and private transport works.
You will leverage advanced observability to hold global ISPs accountable, ensure integral operational standards, and optimize the circuit portfolio to meet the enterprise's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Service & Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all lifecycle phases of connectivity products, including global procurement, capacity planning, activation, financial control, and eventual decommissioning of infrastructure assets and hardware.
Proactive Capacity Planning & Environment Optimization: Lead and regularly review capacity planning processes to ensure global infrastructure is proactively scaled, resilient, and optimized for current and future enterprise demands.
Connectivity Project Delivery: Direct the technical implementation, timelines, and optimization of connectivity solutions for major strategic initiatives, technology migrations, site rollouts, and M&A; integrations.
