ai builds and operates custom AI voice agents that automate high-volume, repeatable workflows across commercial and operational processes. As a Software Engineer for the Core Platform, you will work closely with the founders and a still small engineering team to design, build, and scale the foundational technology that powers our AI voice agents. Your mission is to own the performance, reliability, and technical excellence of our core platform, ensuring seamless integration with the world's leading AI model providers. Optimize system performance, latency, and observability to ensure the core platform is stable and efficient under heavy load.
Deployment and Infrastructure: Improve our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and contribute to maintaining our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, with exposure to Azure and GCP).
Code Quality: Write clean and maintainable code in Python and contribute to frontend functionality in JavaScript when needed.





Have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment (we value potential and passion over exact time in role).
Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) and enjoy working through complex, scalable platform problems.
Are proficient in Python (backend) and have working knowledge of any of the main Frontend frameworks.
Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and an understanding of Azure and GCP.
Demonstrate experience developing with the help of AI coding agents (e.g., Are curious, adaptable, and passionate about AI, its applications, and technology in general.
