The Customer Insight Assistant role:




We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Insight Assistant

Within this role you will be supporting the effective delivery of the ‘Customer Excellence’ and customer insight procedures by delivering administration support and assistance to the Customer Services Team.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Insight Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Customer Services and Engagement team.
- Provide cover on the Customer Services phone line, including receiving customer complaints, enquiries and referring any unresolved complaints or enquiries on to the appropriate person.
- Support in keeping the Berneslai Homes website and social media channels up to date, answering basic customer enquiries and assist in the routine analysis of social media activity.
- Operate and control the petty cash and voucher system for volunteer expenses, ensuring the money
