Experteer Overview
In this hybrid back-office role, you will own end-to-end settlements, payments, and cash reconciliation within Kantox’s Operations team. You’ll work across Banking, Finance, and Technology to ensure timely, accurate settlements and data-driven insights. You’ll tackle reconciliation discrepancies, support audits, and help drive process improvements and automation. This position offers cross-functional exposure and a meaningful impact on client experience in daily FX operations.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Supervise incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure timely payments for clients
• Collaborate with banking partners to resolve settlement and payment issues
• Manage collateral exposure and client margin call processing
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records
• Support audits with detailed reconciliation reports and policy/compliance documentation
• Coordinate with Finance on funds reporting and with Technology on automation initiatives




• Resolve payment reconciliation issues with team members to maintain operational continuity
• Maintain organized records and compile data for ad-hoc reporting

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis
• Basic understanding of financial and operational risk management
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive, results-oriented with multi-tasking ability
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or reconciliation is a plus
• Experience or interest in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
