We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist to play a key role in forecasting, financial tracking, data governance, and operational excellence across the organization.

As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational transparency and business accuracy across key commercial and financial processes. This position is offered as a maternity leave replacement with an expected duration of at least 18 months. As Mimacom continues to grow, we see this as an excellent opportunity for a long-term collaboration,



with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Do
- Own the forecasting process: Monitor forecast accuracy, track order backlog and budget performance, and identify, analyze, and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Support business operations execution: Manage and coordinate key processes related to contract administration, billing activities, revenue management, and operational reporting.
- Deliver meaningful business insights: Prepare and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Champion data quality: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and completeness of information across CRM, finance, and accounting systems through proactive data management and governance.
