to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the financial success of this landmark resort. The Opportunity

Reporting to the

Regional Director of Finance

, with a dotted line to the

General Manager

, you will lead all aspects of the resorts finance function—from pre-opening through to ongoing operations. This is a rare opportunity to build a finance operation from the ground up, implement systems and controls, develop high-performing teams and act as a true commercial partner to the leadership team.

Youll play a key role in ensuring strong financial governance while helping drive profitability across every area of the business. Key Responsibilities • Lead the finance function for the resort and build a high-performing finance team. • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning. • Prepare monthly management accounts and board-level reporting for ownership and investors. • Drive EBITDA performance through commercial partnership with operational leaders. • Monitor labour, payroll, food & beverage, purchasing and departmental costs. • Establish robust financial controls, compliance procedures and governance. • Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting,



taxation and statutory requirements. • Manage banking relationships, treasury, insurance, auditors and professional advisers. • Lead all pre-opening finance activities including systems implementation, supplier set-up and banking arrangements. • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation and business performance.

About You Were looking for a commercially focused finance leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Youll ideally bring: ✔ Previous experience as a

Director of Finance

Financial Controller

or senior finance leader within luxury hotels. ✔ Experience within four or five-star hotels. ✔ Resort experience, ideally within Ibiza or another seasonal Mediterranean destination. ✔ Strong commercial awareness across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure and Events. ✔ Experience of hotel pre-openings (highly desirable). ✔ Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills. ✔ Strong leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. ✔ Fluency in English (Spanish would be an advantage).
