Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide HSE leadership across Hitachi Energy EU HUB, driving risk management and continuous safety improvements. You will partner with business leaders to foster a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and lead incident investigations with effective corrective actions. You will also support contractor management, audits, and sustainability initiatives to advance operational excellence.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
• 5 to 10 years of Operational HSE experience, preferably in energy
• Strong expertise in electrical safety for complex industrial settings
• Proven track record of implementing HSE improvement programmes and translating general strategies to local execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with proactive risk management
• Fluent English; Spanish helpful
• Willingness to travel ~25-30% across Europe
