Are you a skilled craftsperson with a passion for nautical upholstery looking for your next professional opportunity in Mallorca? An established company in the marine sector is looking for an experienced Marine Upholsterer to join their team in Calvià. In this role, you will perform technical upholstery work both in the workshop and directly on board boats and private installations.

Your responsibilities will cover all stages of the upholstery process for marine projects. You will take precise measurements directly on vessels, develop custom templates, and execute high-quality upholstery work tailored to the demands of the maritime environment.

Your key tasks will include:

- Crafting and upholstering marine furniture and other boat interior and exterior elements
- Taking accurate on-site measurements and developing custom templates and patterns
- Performing upholstery and fitting work both in the workshop and on board vessels
- Ensuring precision, durable finishes,



and compliance with quality standards

To be considered for this position, you should bring solid hands-on experience and the relevant qualifications:

- At least 24 months (2 years) of proven experience in upholstery, preferably within the nautical or automotive field
- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent)
- A valid Class B driving license
- Knowledge of English is valued and considered an asset
- Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently

What the position offers:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo)
- Full-time position with a regular morning schedule from 07:00 to 15:00
- Gross annual salary of €19,009.44
- A stable work environment based in Calvià working with diverse nautical projects
