Here at La Casita de Inglés, we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking! We don't carry out exams. Classes are small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after-school programme.

Tasks

Schedule :

- Monday-Friday from 11:00-20:00 (1h for lunch)

- Tuesday-Friday from 11:00-15:00 remote work .

- Mondays from 11:00-20:00 & Tuesday-Friday from 15:00-20:00 on-site work .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support and coach teaching staff to ensure high-quality programming and a positive team culture.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, group management, and classroom readiness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate supplies, prep materials, and maintain an organized, well-functioning space.
- Use internal systems to track student info, team updates, and classroom documentation.




- Make sure all classes are running smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding.

Requirements

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Manager to lead our center's daily operations. This role is a mix of team leadership, parent communication, classroom oversight, and logistical coordination. The adecuado candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoys working with children.

- Candidates must be bilingual- high level of Spanish & English.
- Must have previous experience in managing a team in a work environment.
- An asset but not required; previous experience in customer service & sales.

Benefits

Pay: 1400 Euros/month NET (12 pays)

This pay comes with incentives based on the number of students in the center. We can go over these incentives in the interview.
