A private sports and recreation entity in Mallorca is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Sports Instructor to deliver functional training and mat Pilates classes. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Conducting motivating functional training classes tailored to different fitness levels.
- Instructing mat Pilates sessions with a focus on core stability, body awareness, and proper alignment.
- Demonstrating exercises clearly and offering modifications or posture corrections to ensure safe technique.
- Fostering an encouraging and dynamic atmosphere for all class attendees.

What you should bring to the role:





- Official certification or formal training as a mat Pilates instructor.
- Official certification or qualification as a functional training instructor.
- Proven prior professional experience in a similar sports coaching or instructor position.
- A high level of spoken Spanish to guide classes and communicate with participants.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to safe training practices.

What this position offers:

- A permanent employment contract providing long-term stability.
- A part-time schedule with a commitment of 13 hours per week.
- A base salary of 11.18 euros gross per hour, supplemented by an additional bonus based on the number of students per class.
