- Stay sharp with an up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and processes .

- Deliver a world-class experience on every call friendly, professional, and solution-focused.

- Handle billing and account inquiries with clarity and accuracy.

- Collaborate and participate in initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and performance .
