Are you looking for a solid technical opportunity in Mallorca? An installation company in Palma is currently looking for four HVAC and Refrigeration Installation Assistants to join their team on a permanent contract. In this role, you will work closely alongside experienced technicians on various heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and cooling projects across Palma, gaining valuable hands‑on experience under direct professional supervision.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting certified technicians with the installation and basic maintenance of air conditioning, climate control, and refrigeration systems.
- Preparing, carrying, and organizing required tools, equipment, and materials for each worksite.
- Supporting the laying, positioning, and secure fastening of piping, conduit, and auxiliary components.
- Assembling and installing simple mounting brackets and structural supports.
- Cleaning air filters, conducting routine visual inspections, and identifying basic maintenance needs.
- Maintaining a clean, safe,



and organized workspace at all times in compliance with safety regulations.

What you bring to the role:

- A completed intermediate vocational qualification (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio / FPGM) in the field of installation and maintenance, electricity, or a related technical discipline (essential requirement).
- A valid category B driving licence.
- A motivated, reliable work ethic and an eagerness to learn practical trade skills alongside qualified colleagues.
- Good team collaboration skills and attention to safety standards.

What the position offers:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) with four available vacancies.
- A gross annual salary of approximately €25,000 paid across 14 instalments.
- A regular full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, giving you free afternoons.
- Planned start date on 15/09/2026.
