Position Overview

Are you passionate about community support and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people? A foundation in Inca, Mallorca is currently looking for a dedicated Social Mediator to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will provide vital guidance and intercultural mediation to support migrant youth as they adapt to their new environment on the island.

Core responsibilities

- Facilitate integration, communication, and peaceful coexistence for migrant minors.
- Support youth directly in their personal adaptation and day-to-day integration process.
- Help beneficiaries access essential social resources, public services, and educational programs across Mallorca.
- Serve as an empathetic bridge between minors, social entities, and the local community.

Requirements





- A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree in a social or educational field, or combined with specific mediation or language qualifications).
- Professional language proficiency in French (B2) or Arabic (B2), or fluency in Bambara or Wolof.
- A valid Class B driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills.

Benefits and Employment Details

- A permanent full-time employment contract.
- A gross annual salary of 28,700 EUR.
- Additional night shift allowance paid separately.
- A rotating shift schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Expected start date on September 21, 2026.
