A technology company is currently seeking two motivated German-speaking sales representatives to strengthen its commercial team. In this position, you will work from Palma and actively engage with existing customers to introduce additional tech solutions and optimize their experience.

Responsibilities

- Calling existing customers to present complementary tech products and services
- Advising clients on suitable solutions to enhance their overall customer experience
- Conducting sales conversations with confidence and a clear focus on customer value
- Handling basic office software and internal tools to track your customer interactions

Requirements

- Native or fluent German skills (level C2 is essential)
- At least 12 months of proven professional experience in sales or customer-facing roles




- A strong commercial drive and an active sales mindset (this is a direct sales role, not an administrative position)
- Solid intermediate knowledge of standard office computing software
- No specific academic degree is required, as your sales orientation and language skills are what matter most

What you can expect from this position

- An indefinite employment contract (contrato indefinido)
- A fixed gross monthly salary of 1,399 EUR in 12 payments, plus sales commissions
- A convenient part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, giving you your weekends and evenings free
