In this varied role, you will support daily shop operations, assist customers, and ensure smooth stock logistics on-site.

Your key responsibilities:

- Managing order intake and processing incoming store orders
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service on the shop floor
- Organizing store displays, merchandise, and stock areas
- Handling stock replenishment and loading items, including lifting 25 kg sacks
- Utilizing standard computer systems to track inventory and sales processes

What you bring to the team:

- A high level of listening and reading comprehension in Catalan (spoken Catalan or Mallorquín is an asset)




- Intermediate computer skills for daily digital administrative tasks
- A valid Class B driving license and your own vehicle for daily commute
- Good physical stamina and fitness required for handling 25 kg bags
- A proactive attitude, reliability, and readiness for immediate onboarding

What is offered:

- Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private retail sector
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00 (with a 30‑minute break) plus one alternating Saturday
- Gross annual salary of 19,200 EUR according to the applicable retail collective agreement (Convenio de Comercio)
