In this role you lead a high-performing oncology sales team in North-Center Spain, driving strategic execution and revenue growth. You collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to align regional plans with corporate goals. You’ll synthesize data to guide your team, develop key account strategies, and promote Revolution Medicines' portfolio within the oncology community. Responsabilidades
• MA/MS/BA/BS degree with 20 years in xqbhyrx biopharma
• 10+ years leading oncology sales teams (preferred)
• Track record of oncology product launches and launches with companion diagnostics
• Proven performance in competitive markets and solo-representative environments
• Experience in small/midsize biotech settings
• Ability to travel up to 60% within Spain
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license and residency in the territory
