Key Account Manager – Hospital Sales | Southern Spain
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical or healthcare sales professional with strong relationships across the Spanish hospital market?
We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to recruit a Key Account Manager to take responsibility for developing strategic hospital accounts across Southern Spain , covering Andalusia, Murcia and Extremadura .
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience selling into complex hospital environments and engaging with stakeholders across Hospital Pharmacy, Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Neonatology .

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic hospital accounts across your territory. You will identify new commercial opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support the adoption and growth of an established and expanding pharmaceutical portfolio.
Managing and developing strategic public and private hospital accounts.
Building relationships with Hospital Pharmacy,



procurement teams and key hospital decision-makers .
Identifying and maximising commercial opportunities within assigned accounts.
Supporting the launch of new products, including pre-launch and market preparation activities.
Managing tenders, contracts and commercial agreements .
Navigating hospital access pathways and supporting product adoption and formulary inclusion.
Working cross-functionally with commercial and regional teams.
Achieving sales and territory objectives.

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic individual with experience working in the Spanish hospital market .
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Key Account Management, hospital sales or a similar commercial role .
Strong experience selling into hospitals and managing complex accounts.
Existing knowledge of, or relationships within, Hospital Pharmacy and multidisciplinary hospital environments .
