What We’re Looking For & What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities:

- Own the strategic relationship with a portfolio of clients post-launch — quarterly business reviews, roadmap sessions, and the harder conversations in between.
- Diagnose, don't just deliver. When a client says "we want a quiz," your first move is to understand the underlying conversion or merchandising problem — and decide whether the quiz is actually the answer.
- Turn client problems into roadmaps. Every conversation produces two outputs: a clearer next step for the client, and a sharper view for Commerce-UI on what to build, productize or specialize in next.
- Bridge strategy and execution. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Design Leads, Tech Leads and PMs — translate business outcomes into briefs they can run with, pressure-test scope and tradeoffs before they land in delivery.
- Own commercial outcomes on your accounts — client health, NPS, retention, and
