Liaise with client, business lines and Platforms for handling of Payments, Loans, International Guarantees and Documentary credits.

All responsabilities / duties are carried out in close cooperation with Operating Platform General task:

1.- Client Servicing

- Ensure a role of advisory to the clients for Operations, in link with Operating Platform experts.

- Coordination, follow-up and support to platform to monitor the good execution of deals.

- Participate to the assessment of Client Satisfaction.

- Be a relay of communication between Client/FO and Platform (definition of clients’ requests, expression of operating constrains, and management of priorities …).

- Closely collaborate with FO teams to maintain a pro-active and efficient service to the clients all along the business chain.

- Coordination and answers request to internal support departments and FO, MO, Platforms.

2.- Operational Tasks

- Controls ISIS and set-up of new client relationships (FA, Customer sheet, receipt of required documentation, etc.).

- Reconciliations of wash and nostro accounts, and incoming
