Job Summary
We are looking for an L1 IT Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide onsite technical support to end users. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 onsite technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals .
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams , and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Support printers, scanners, monitors, docking stations, and other IT peripherals.
