In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless night-time operations and taking care of guests. Your key tasks will include:

- Welcoming and advising hotel guests during the night shift
- Managing check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and billing
- Handling concierge requests, upselling services, and cash desk management
- Performing daily night closures, payments, and tracking operational reports or incidents
- Occasionally moving or parking guest vehicles within the hotel car park

To be considered for this position, you should bring the following profile:

- Official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%
- University degree in Tourism,



Hotel Management, or a related field combined with 36 months of relevant experience, or alternatively 36 months of proven professional experience in the role without a degree
- Very high level of English and a strong conversational command of German
- Valid category B driving licence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with hotel property management and reservation systems

What the position offers:

- Indefinite (permanent), full-time contract
- Gross annual salary of €29,600 distributed across 12 monthly payments
- Night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00 (Monday through Sunday) with two rotating days off per week
