We are looking for a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on the Czech market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle , from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close
- Contact potential customers in the Czech market
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-ups
- Manage free trials and support prospects through the decision-making process
- Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day
- Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions and revenue
- Handover successfully closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

- Native or bilingual Czech
- Native or bilingual English
- Must already reside in Spain
- 1–6 years of commercial experience, such as BDR, SDR, outbound sales or call center




- Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume communication
- Strong KPI and results orientation
- Availability aligned with US time zone working hours

Location & Work Model

Madrid, Spain

The first four weeks are fully on-site for onboarding and training. Afterwards, the role follows a hybrid working model, with approximately one day per month in the Madrid office.
