Regional Director of Finance, with a dotted line to the
General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the resort's finance function—from pre-opening through to ongoing operations.
This is a rare opportunity to build a finance operation from the ground up, implement systems and controls, develop high-performing teams and act as a true commercial partner to the leadership team.
Lead the finance function for the resort and build a high-performing finance team.
Deliver budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
Drive EBITDA performance through commercial partnership with operational leaders.
Monitor labour, payroll, food & beverage, purchasing and departmental costs.
Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.
Manage banking relationships, treasury, insurance, auditors and professional advisers.




Lead all pre-opening finance activities including systems implementation, supplier set-up and banking arrangements.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation and business performance. About You We're looking for a commercially focused finance leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Previous experience as a Director of Finance , Financial Controller or senior finance leader within luxury hotels. Resort experience, ideally within Ibiza or another seasonal Mediterranean destination. Strong commercial awareness across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure and Events. Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills. Strong leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Fluency in English (Spanish would be an advantage). This is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. You'll join the Executive Team responsible for launching one of Ibiza's most exciting new luxury resorts,
