As we continue our international growth, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in Madrid, Spain, providing strategic financial leadership across our general operations.
The role will lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance while supporting the commercial and financial management of complex international EPC and renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will combine strategic financial leadership with strong commercial and project-based business expertise, ideally gained within renewable energy, EPC, construction, engineering, infrastructure or utilities.
Lead financial planning,



budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and consolidated management reporting.
Provide executive-level visibility on revenue, EBITDA, profitability, project margins, cash flow, working capital and financial risks.
Oversee the financial performance of international EPC, Solar PV, BESS and renewable energy projects, including project accounting, cost-to-complete, margin forecasting and project cash-flow management.
Partner with Project Management, Commercial, Procurement, Engineering and Construction teams to strengthen financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Support tenders, investments and major commercial decisions through financial modelling, pricing, feasibility analysis and contract-risk assessment.
Lead treasury, liquidity, working-capital and capital-allocation strategies across the Group.
