About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and strategic Global HR Business Partner, Sales & Marketing, to partner with senior leaders across our general commercial organization.
Operating in a highly regulated, international, and innovation-driven environment, you will support a business focused on delivering advanced solutions within MedTech and IVF. As a trusted advisor and member of the Sales & Marketing leadership team, you will translate business priorities into people strategies that drive growth, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business success.




You will lead initiatives across workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and change management, ensuring the organization has the right talent, capabilities, and structure to deliver on current and future business objectives.
