About the Role
We are looking for an AML Analyst to provide day-to-day support within our Compliance function in a fast-evolving, regulated fintech/crypto environment. You will work closely with the Transaction Monitoring, KYB and KYC managers, as well as the MLRO and CCO, supporting the team's daily operations and casework.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the Compliance team, assisting the Transaction Monitoring, KYB and KYC managers,
as well as the MLRO and CCO, with ongoing tasks and casework.
Ensure alerts and cases are allocated, reviewed, investigated and escalated within defined service levels.
Maintain investigation files that provide a complete, consistent and auditable record of analysis performed and conclusions reached.
Help ensure documented procedures accurately reflect how the team operates in practice.
Support the team during audits, inspections, regulatory inquiries and other AML-related external reviews.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Support and other business stakeholders, communicating clearly.
Help identify control weaknesses, emerging risks and patterns, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Manage day-to-day workstreams and priorities in an organised manner.
