About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Controller to join our team in La Puebla de Montalbán . Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency,



and informed decision-making across the business.

As Business Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring business performance, analysing operational and financial data, and supporting the implementation of effective control processes.

Responsibilities include:
- Producing and analysing operational and financial performance reports
- Monitoring production yields, productivity, efficiency, and cost trends
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports covering results, costs, yields, and budget variances
