We are looking for a Senior Agency Trade Manager based in Barcelona (f/m/d),



reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and leading a team of 11 employees across Spain.
Role and Mission:
As a Senior Agency Trade Manager, you will play a key role in driving profitable market share growth across all trades. You will lead the country Trade team, maximizing vessel capacity through close coordination with Head Office, Regional Office, and local Sales teams to drive Spain's commercial performance.

• Provide long-term vision and strategy for the country/cluster.
• Coordinate market identification through sales and external data.
