We have a great opportunity to join Emerson as our Field Service Engineer . In this key role, you will be a key member of Iberia Service Team within the Sensors Department , responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across the installed customer base. This includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics and after-sales services, both on-site and in-house, ensuring that customers' expectations are exceeded while contributing to the company's objectives.
The position will be based in Catalonia, Northern Portugal or Galicia, with flexibility to travel as required to perform services at different sites.

Carry out installation/commissioning, fault analysis, and repairs on Emerson Instruments.
Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration and start up and commissioning services.
Provide technical support and on-site training for customers.
Sales Support:




Support Sales Engineers in product demonstration with customers and provide guidance on product applications and after-sales services.
Proactively identify service/product opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of service activities (timesheets, debrief, expense reports).
Follow internal processes, tools, and service execution standards as required by Emerson.

Adapt to dynamic work environments, including industrial sites and offshore locations.

You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond their expectations, always aiming to expand the customer base.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical, electronics, computer science), or skilled worker with relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
