The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Channel Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of strategic commercial partners across indirect channels.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with relationship building. Success will require the ability to influence,



negotiate, identify opportunities and turn ideas into tangible business results.

The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding market reach, strengthening partnerships and helping shape future channel development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth plans with strategic commercial partners.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations.
Identify opportunities to expand market access, increase commercial performance and unlock new sources of growth.
Lead commercial negotiations and annual business planning processes.
Monitor business performance and translate insights into concrete actions.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across commercial and support functions to ensure effective execution of priorities.
Support the development of channel strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
