YOUR IMPACT
Youll play a key role in our performance marketing strategy, with a strong initial focus on SEM across multiple European markets. Working closely with the team, youll optimize our main acquisition channel while helping us explore and develop new growth opportunities as we continue to scale. Your work will have a direct impact on Ticketdoors growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and manage paid search strategies across multiple markets and languages.
- Own bidding strategy, keyword architecture,



and continuous A/B testing.
- Use data and analytics to drive down CPA and push ROAS higher.
- Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Content, and Creative to align messaging and landing experiences.
- Contribute to future social media initiatives, bringing your experience to help shape and grow this channel as we start investing in it.
- Track industry and platform trends (AI-driven bidding, automation, privacy changes) to keep our paid search strategy ahead of the curve.
- Report performance clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, translating numbers into actionable insight.

WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
- Deep expertise in SEM strategy, bid management, and keyword optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with campaign tracking tools and translating data into action.
- Experience running A/B
