In this role you will drive end-to-end process optimization to enable operational excellence across functions. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to map, redesign, and implement scalable solutions. Your work will translate business needs into effective process and system changes, delivering measurable productivity gains and enhanced service experience. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor/Master in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs
• Proven track record in mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes
• Experience in regulated environments with emphasis on process compliance, xqbhyrx governance, and risk management
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills; proficient in process mapping; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Visio, Power BI, Copilot, OneNote, MS Lists) and Oracl
