In this role you will drive the procurement category for professional and HR services, aligning strategy with business stakeholders and delivering value through supplier management and market insights. You will work with a general, cross-functional team to optimize sourcing, negotiate agreements, and implement cost-out programs. The position supports ABB’s corporate procurement function and broader strategic initiatives, with remote/hybrid work and Europe as a preferred location. You’ll shape supplier performance, risk, and data integrity to enable sustainable procurement outcomes.

• Execute procurement strategy implementation with category teams and business stakeholders
• Manage purchasing activities based on needs, specs, price, delivery, and contracts
• Oversee ABB-approved suppliers, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance
• Provide market insights,



evaluate bids, and negotiate supplier agreements
• Ensure sourcing events use appropriate eSourcing tools and maintain supplier data integrity
• Identify and qualify new suppliers with internal stakeholders
• Lead cost-out and optimization initiatives to hit financial targets
• Coordinate procurement orders and maintain reporting in relevant systems

Responsabilidades
• 5 years of procurement experience, xqbhyrx preferably indirect services or HR/Consulting/Marketing categories
• Strong negotiation skills with analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels
• Team player who can work independently
• Comfort with legal/contractual terms and language
• Fluency in English
• Proactive and adaptable to new situations and challenges
