The role sits at the intersection of crypto, Web3 culture, gaming, and digital entertainment, requiring genuine understanding of highly engaged online audiences.
You will bring multiple acquisition and distribution channels together into a scalable, performance-focused growth engine.
You will work closely with executive and cross-functional leaders while balancing long-term brand building with near-term revenue and acquisition objectives.

Brand & Strategic Positioning: Define the overall marketing and brand strategy, translating executive direction into priorities, plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes while anticipating changes in market dynamics, category trends, audience behavior, and digital culture.
Partnerships, Creators & Community: Lead ambassador programs, sponsorships, creator and influencer relationships, streamer/KOL networks, and community strategies across platforms such as Discord and Telegram, ensuring opportunities are scalable, relevant, compliant, and commercially accountable.
