Role purpose
We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality control activities across raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Reporting to the Operations Assurance Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising laboratory and testing activities, monitoring product performance against specifications, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What you will do
Monitor and ensure compliance of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods with established quality standards and specifications.
Review and validate quality test results, investigating deviations and coordinating corrective actions when required.
Manage and maintain quality documentation, including product certifications, quality records, and customer-related quality requirements.
Ensure quality and safety documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), remains accurate and up to date.
Partner with production and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and support effective problem resolution.

Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
